FX168点评旗舰店半月报(5.1-5.15):用户对客服质量看重 嘉盛客诉居榜首

2020年5月1日到15日,FX168点评旗舰店收到以及舆情监控用户点评共计57条,其中,好评为23条,差评为29条。以下为本期半月报的用户点评信息整理。

一、差评情况

在此期间收到的29条差评中,对客服支持不到位的投诉最多,有9条;跟出金有关的差评共计6条;平台恶意操纵账户导致客户订单获利损失的6条;点差相关的投诉2条;滑点1条;其它类型的投诉为5条。以下是被投诉经纪商的差评数量展示:

5月1日至15日,嘉盛集团的客诉较为集中,共计收到7条客诉,且覆盖了出入金、客服、账户操纵及其他等多方面的问题,反馈问题的用户基本全部来自北美地区。 例如有加拿大地区的客户在5月2日投诉:我在嘉盛经历了一次很糟糕的事情。事情是这样的,我本来有个原油空单,开市后,原油价格突然大幅下跌,然后我的单子就被关闭了。几个小时内,我在我的持仓单中都找不到这笔单子。几个小时后,当订单再次出现时,这笔单子已经亏损了。我和在线客服沟通,在线客服表示是因为有一个错误的价格导致了价格下跌,进而导致了我近3个小时都没办法操作我的订单。客服说它将被"修复",我将收到一封电子邮件。我告诉我需要的只是取消我的订单,电话等待了一个多小时,没有答案。已经很晚了。第二天还是没有结果。这笔订单由于嘉盛的技术故障而消失了几个小时,到我可以关闭交易的时候,已经有很大的亏损了,这难道不应该由嘉盛来承担吗?

RoboForex:请避免与RoboForex交易,我开设了这个帐户21003360,并在3天后无故关闭。 我尝试联系他们的团队是因为我认为这是错误的,因为我从未使用该帐户进行交易,但没有得到任何回复。

万致:已有3周了,我仍然没有收到万致vantage fx的出金的通知。 他们已经清空了我的帐户,而且出金也不知所踪。 我花了1个小时才能接通万致vantage fx的电话,接听电话时,他们说他们已经付款了。 我去了银行,参考号什么也没。 他们现在说他们已经付款了,无法执行任何操作。 他们无法撤回或追踪,我的银行应使用收据给我钱。 银行却告诉我并没有,他们在撒谎。

二、好评情况

5月1日至15日,收到好评的经纪商有:GKFX Prime,GKFX捷凯金融,TeleTrade特理汇,FXTM富拓,IC Markets,OctaFX,兴业投资AxiTraderFP MarketsFXCM福汇OANDA安达,Pepperstone激石(取消中国办事处),亨达集团(按好评数量从多到少排序),用户予以好评的理由也集中在出入金的顺畅上,可见近来客户对于此方面的重视。

IC Markets近一个月的好评垄断被打破,TeleTrade特理汇,GKFX捷凯金融,GKFX Prime都以3条好评的成绩共同冲到了本周期内好评数量排行榜的榜首。

用户评价GKFX捷凯金融称:老平台,放心,并且现在能对公账户的已经不多了,希望捷凯能一直这么稳定的做下去,那样我也不用为选择平台而担忧。

也有用户评价HYCM:必须承认,在这动荡的时期内,兴业投资HYCM依然表现的不错,虽然市场波动率极大,但是兴业的订单执行力仍然很好。

From May 1st to 15th, 2020, FX168 Broker Review received and monitored a total of 57 reviews from users, of which 23 were positive and 29 were negative. The following is a summary of the user review information for this half-monthly report.

1. Negative Reviews

Among the 29 negative reviews received during this period, there were the most complaints about the poor customer service support, which had 9; a total of 6 negative reviews related to the withdrawal of funds; 6 complaints about the platform's malicious manipulation of accounts that led to the loss of profit from customer orders; 2 negative reviews about spreads and 1 related to slip points; 5 other types of complaints. From May 1st to 15th, Forex.com's customer complaints were relatively concentrated, and there are 5 in total. It covered many issues such as deposits and withdrawals, customer service, account manipulation and etc. The users who feedback the problems are basically from North America. For example, a customer from Canada complained on May 2:

This is the worst experience I ever had. I had a Crude oil sell order at 1398. After the trade is opened for some time, the price suddenly spiked down all the way to 888, and my order was closed. It was not on my open order screen for few hours. The order then reappeared few hours later, but it was a loosing trade when it came back. The issue is I have no idea and no control on my trade for about 3 hours. I would have been able to close it sooner if I have control of it. I chat with Vincent, he told me that they have a wrong price printed and causing the price to spike down. He said it will be "fixed" and I will get an email. I told him to just cancel my order and pretend it never happened. He asked me to call customer service. I was put on hold for over one hour and no answer. It was late in the evening. I chat with Ryan the next morning. The trade is loosing even more now. I asked Ryan to just cancel the trade but he refused. I got transferred to his supervisor. He said it is my responsibility to manage my trade, which is a big BS because the order disappeared for few hours because it was their technical glitch. He said I can close the trade now if I want to, but it's a big loosing trade already. All this started from their technical glitch and I was not informed at all. The trade was out of my screen for few hours, when every second matters when trading. I have to take a big lost because I did not anything wrong. What a freaking bad business ethic. I am just a small trader, maybe they don't care. Simply disgusted. Never ever come back. Stay to hell away from them.

Some negative reviews:

RoboForex: Please please traders avoid roboforex like a plague. This broker Roboforex is full of itself, i opened this account 21003360 and after 3 days it was closed with no reason. I tried reaching their team because I thought it was a error as I never traded with the account but I got no reply.

IC Markets:

I have been with ICM for years, such a big disappointment with the customer service.

Notice the margin requirement changed for Oil CFDs, and and was told there was an email sent to clients, which I never receive (yes, checked spam folder, it is not there. All other emails like account statements and support emails no issue).

Requested them if I was included in the mailing list, and if not, please add me in, but they did not do anything than just repeating email sent to clients.

Asked them why WTI_M0 is disabled for trading for many times, and they just ignore that question and repeat above.

Contact my IB, which directed me back to ICM. It's a dead loop.

To ICM, if you are reading this, please look into the quality of customer service.

Admiral Markets:

This is incredible guys, I still can't believe it,I opened 4 accounts in different brokers: Admiral Markets and 3 others, I founded everything with $ 1500 each, from my credit card, all good with the other 3, but when I financed Admiral Markets, the money disappeared from my credit card balance and was not funded My admiral account, later, i received an email from them saying that their financing department temporarily suspended my deposit and kept the money. Because: "the details sent have invalid data or information that does not match", they said that from the same credit card that I used to fund the other brokers !, I am in shock, they only keep the money and I did not receive any other mail from them, I don't know what to do...

VANTAGE FX:

It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't recieved my withdrawal. They've emptied my account and have made the payment go missing. They take 1 hour to get through to over the phone, when they pick up they say they've send the payment. I went to my bank and the reference number doesn't return anything. They are now saying they've send the payment and can't do anything. They can't retract or trace and that my bank should give me the money using the receipt. Bank have advised me that they are lying and can retract payment and that their receipt is invalid. Avoid this broker if you want to be able to get your money back! Worst customer service and makes your money go missing

2.Positive Reviews

From May 1st to 15th, 2020,brokers received positive reviews during this period include::GKFX Prime,GKFX,TeleTrade,FXTM,IC Markets,OctaFX,HYCM,AxiTrader,FP Markets,FXCM,OANDA,Pepperstone(China office has been cancelled),Hantec Group(Sorted by number of bad reviews, from less to more).The reason why users praise it is also focused on the smoothness of deposits and withdrawals, which shows that customers have recently paid attention to this aspect.

In the past month, IC Markets' number of positive reviews is no longer at the top of the list. TeleTrade, GKFX, and GKFX Prime all rushed to the top of the list in the current cycle with 3 positive reviews.

A users commented:

For me, as a newcomer to financial markets, Teletrade turned out to be a very nice option.

First I planned to trade myself solely. The broker was chosen because of positive reviews and affordable starting point. I invested only $100 in the beginning and just wanted to check how everything will go.

The fact that other traders results (if they wanted) were shown in rankings, kept me highly motivated to learn to trade professionally. I watched endless masterclasses, read books on trading and psychology. In the beginning I underestimated the importance of the mindset and this lead to a negative result on the account balance. I've lost $50 in only 2 weeks and I couldn't understand why. I can't say I was guessing the direction, everything seemed to be done according to the tech analysis. The minor changes I was making to the plan didn't seem important, but they were in fact!

I deposited another $200 and split the money in half. 50% I left for myself, and the other half was used to follow the other trader's system through a copy-trading platform. Even though I stopped losing that much myself, I can clearly see now - the numbers are difficult to argue with - that trading requires more experience. If I invest more, I'll be looking more in a direction of diversifying the copy trading portfolio. Glad that the broker offers this opportunity!

A user evaluated GKFX: GKFX is an old platform, so I am very relieved. And now there are not many public accounts, I hope GKFX can continue to run so stably, so I don't have to worry about choosing a reliable platform

A user evaluated HYCM:It must be admitted that during this turbulent period, HYCM still performed well. Although market volatility is extremely high, HYCM's order execution is still very good.
